This Privacy Policy governs access to and use of the Innovative Lab, Ltd. services, including the AICA web browser interfaces, mobile applications, and extensions (together, the “Service”) which is provided by Innovative Lab, Ltd. It explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect information in connection with the Service, and your choices about the collection and use of Customer (“you” or “your”) information.
If you do not want your information to be included as part of our Service, you may opt out by contacting us at support@aica.bot. However, we may retain your information even after you have opted out, so we can keep a record of and process your opt-out and/or if retention is necessary to comply with legal obligations, and regulatory requirements, or to prevent fraud or abuse.

This Privacy Policy applies only to information collection on or through the Service. It does not apply to information we collect by other means (including offline) or from other sources other than through the Service.

Account Information
When you first sign in to your account, you will need to provide us with a username, password, first and last name, and email address. We allow registration through Google Authenticator. We request access to your calendar, email, and first and last name.
User Content
We may also collect User Content, including content that you post, upload, or otherwise share or integrate with the Service. You may choose to integrate your Service account with certain third-party services, by opting to upload certain of your information (“User Content”) (such as your Gmail contacts,) into the Service. No such integrations happen by default; you must initiate them. If you choose to connect the Service with a third-party service, you give us permission to store your log-in credentials for that service and to access and use your information from that service as permitted by that service. For Innovative Lab, Ltd, this includes accessing the email headers for all messages in your account, as well as email headers and message bodies for any email messages the Service composes for you and any subsequent correspondence in response to such email messages. Innovative Lab, Ltd, does not require access to email accounts. You may choose to have information uploaded or shared by you removed at any time by contacting us at support@aica.bot.
Information We May Receive from Third Parties
We may collect and receive information about you from third parties such as your name, employer, job title, and contact information. For example, we may collect information about you from publicly available websites and other users who upload information into the Service. We use this information to operate and improve the Service.
Google API Services Policy
AICA’s use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to Google API Services User Data Policy (https://developers.google.com/terms/api-services-user-data-policy), including the Limited Use requirements (https://developers.google.com/terms/api-services-user-data-policy#additional_requirements_for_specific_api_scopes).
Data Usage for AI/ML Development:
- Our app utilizes specific Google user data, including first name, last name, and email address, to enhance the development, improvement, and training of personalized AI/ML models. This data is employed solely to improve our app’s functionalities and user experience.
Google API Usage:
- We may use or will use in the future Gemini and Google Workspace APIs to enhance our app's functionalities. However, we explicitly affirm that our app does not use these APIs to develop, improve, or train generalized or non-personalized AI and/or ML models. Our AI/ML models are designed to enhance personalized user experiences and are developed with strict adherence to privacy and data protection standards.
Data Transfer to Third-Party AI Tools:
- Our app may transfer specific Google user data, including first name, last name, and email address, to third-party AI tools, to optimize specific functionalities within the app. This transfer is conducted under strict confidentiality agreements and is solely for the purpose of personalized AI/ML model improvements. No data is transferred for the development or training of generalized or non-personalized AI/ML models.

When you use our Service, we may automatically collect certain information, including:
Analytics Information
We may directly collect analytics data or use third-party analytics tools (such as those of Google Analytics), to help us measure traffic and usage trends for the Service. These tools collect information sent by your browser or mobile device, including the pages you visit and other information that assists us in improving the Service. We collect and use this analytics information in aggregate form such that it cannot reasonably be manipulated to identify any particular user. Cookies information

Do Not Track Signals and Similar Mechanisms
We do not respond to Do Not Track signals initiated by browsers, as the Internet industry is still working on Do Not Track standards, implementations, and solutions.
Log File Information
Log file information is automatically reported by your browser or mobile device each time you access the Service. When you use our Service, our servers automatically record certain log file information. These server logs may include your web request, Internet Protocol (“IP”) address, browser type, referring / exit pages, and URLs, number of clicks and how you interact with links on the Service, domain names, landing pages, pages viewed, and other such information.

Deleting Uploaded Data
If at any time you wish to remove information you have uploaded to the Service or stored in your account, you may have the option to do so depending on applicable law, and you may request to do so by contacting us at support@aica.bot. However, we may retain your information even after you have opted out if retention is necessary to comply with legal obligations, and regulatory requirements, or to prevent fraud or abuse.

You may not opt out of Service-related communications (e.g., account verification, purchase and billing confirmations and reminders, changes/updates to features of the Service, technical and security notices). 5. Children’s Privacy
